Use the same Clinica account as patients (Google or email). After you register your practice, your workspace opens here. Optional: keep a backup phone-and-password login for legacy accounts.
New clinic? Register your practice. Patients use patient sign in.
Production: use live Clerk keys on Vercel so limits and OAuth match your deployment.

For older clinic accounts without Clerk. If your clinic is linked to a Clinica account, sign in with Google or email above first, then you can use this if you set a backup password when registering.
